following certificates are issued by the office after receiving the
prescribed fee from the student

Transfer certificate
– no fees (late TC –Rs. 50)

Mark lists and consolidated mark statement – no
fees
5.
Provisional certificate
– Rs. 120 (to be sent to the
university)

Degree
certificate – as per univ. norms
7.
Hall
tickets – no fees

Late
remittance of fees or late submission of application form will not
be allowed on any
account beyond the prescribed date in the college calender. No
request will be allowed
in this regard.
Procedure for
obtaining TC and other certificates by the discontinued
students
A request letter from the student along with no due
certificates to be certified by the concerned department, library,
NSS, Sports, Co-op. stores, Hostel, fee section, scholarship
section, COE office etc.
Procedure for
obtaining duplicate certificates
Duplicate TC, Mark lists, consolidated mark statements, Degree
will be issued after receiving proof of missing of the original
certificates, certified by the Thasilthar or a copy of FIR and a
certificate from the police authorities.

Original certificates received from the students at the time of
admission will be returned after one year of the course of study.
However after remitting Rs. 100 as refundable deposit, the certificates may
be obtained for specific purpose.
