and Development Cell
RESEARCH
Our institution recognizes the importance of quality improvement in
the educational atmosphere through research. The following are the
measures taken up by the institution to achieve the said
goal.
·
Encouraging the teachers to acquire research degrees
(M.Phil/Ph.D).
·
Encouraging the teachers to participate in
National/International conferences
and seminars /
workshops by providing financial assistance.
·
Encouraging the teachers to publish their research
findings in journals.
·
Management staff with Ph.D. are given special
incentives by the Management.
·
Five departments are actively engaged in research
programmes leading to
M.Phil./Ph.D. degrees.
·
Research and Development Cell has been constituted to
monitor and
coordinate the research activities in the
institution.
·
A research journal has been launched to facilitate the
research scholars
and
teachers to publish their research
findings.
·
Individuals and the departments are encouraged to
organize seminars /
conferences /
workshops at State/National and International levels with the
extension of financial assistance
from the management and other funding
agencies like UGC.
