PARTICIPATION OF STUDENTS
IN RESEARCH THROUGH ACADEMIC PROGRAMME
The
curriculum has been so designed at undergraduate and postgraduate
levels to promote research attitude among students.
A core paper on ‘Basic Methodology’ at under graduate level
and a core paper on ‘Research Methodology’ at post graduate level
have been introduced to impart the knowledge about the new tools,
techniques and procedures, which facilitate the students to
experiment their new ideas and give them an opportunity to
demonstrate their innovations.
The curriculum requires the students of under graduate
courses to submit individual / group projects in their respective
subject at the end of the final semester of their course. Similarly,
the postgraduate students have to submit individual projects at the
end of the final semester of their course. The entire final semester
has been devoted for the project work for those who study post
graduate course in M.Sc. Wild Life Biology, Master of Computer
Applications, M.Sc. Computer Science and M.Sc. Electronic Science.
